Weinforum at the Viehmarktthermen

The annual Weinforum Trier (a presentation of the latest and finest wines of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer area) is held at the ruins of the Roman baths underneath the Viehmarkt this weekend, a great opportunity to show you this marvelous structure.

It stands above the ruins that were discovered in 1987. The dimensions of the building are meant to represent the ones of original thermae, and you can look through the glass from all sides and see the ruins beneath it.
